Birth story
December 15th 7pm, mommy daddy adn Ellie arrived at the hospital. We found out they were only going to soften my cervix and weren’t planning to start labor until the next day. So fter the cervidil was started they gave me an ambien to sleep. Daddy took Ellie home to sleep and was planning on being back at 9 am the next morning. You are head down and doing just fine in there! Fluid levels are A-OK and I was informed you have lots of hair.
I guess I wait until Monday unless you decide to come on your own sooner.
Ultrasound tomorrow
Tomorrow Dec 9th I have an ultrasound to get a sneak peek at you in there. The Dr thinks you might be breech and that’s why labor hasn’t started yet.
You seem locked up pretty tight with no intentions of coming, just like your big sister! We have an appointment on Monday Dec 15th at 7pm for you to be induced if you havne’t come on your own by then.

Long time no update
Well I’ve been more comfortable lately. The position you’re laying in is much easier on my back thank goodness! I still get worn out pretty easily and I am very excited for you to get here!

3-hour
Failed my 1 hour glucose test. I have to go in for he 3 hour. I think i’ll do it Monday morning.
3 Doctor's appointments
The boring one was getting my RH shot. Had to drive out by St Rose hospital to get it as my regular OB didn’t have any shots left. I got it right in my tush! Owie.
I had to go to Quest to do my Glucose test and I wasn’t actually worried about that one until your ultrasound later that day.
You are measuring over a week ahead! Maybe that means you are just a healthy happy chubby baby...
Long time no update
You’ve been moving more and more. I feel your kicks and bumps, twists, turns and even your hiccups.
It’s funny to watch my belly jump, especially when you have the hiccups I get to sit there for a couple minutes laughing at the little “bomp bomp bomp”.

20 weeks!
I’m half way done being pregnant! In 20 more weeks you will be here and I can’t wait! I can’t wait to hold you and smell you and kiss you and stare at you all day.
